ABOUT
I'm Alyson. After living through this transition myself, I noticed there was nothing in the middle. Plenty of books, podcasts, and worksheets to navigate alone. Plenty of coaches and programs at a serious cost and commitment. But I couldn't find something in between, structured and designed for mothers. So I built it. My background is in occupational therapy with fifteen years in community mental health, plus certification in perinatal mental health, with an ongoing focus on the transition to motherhood.
